Countries in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East
Every number is a long-term rental, private to you, with unlimited inbound SMS.
Why we group Asia-Pacific and the Middle East together
This region covers eleven countries that span a lot of map: India, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Japan and South Korea in Asia-Pacific, and the UAE, Bahrain and Israel in the Middle East. We group them because the businesses that rent here tend to need both. A trading company in Dubai sells into India, a Singapore office supports customers in Jakarta and Manila, and an Israeli startup wants a Hong Kong line for its Asian clients. One region page keeps all of those together, and each country still has its own page with prices and number types.
Business hubs, WhatsApp markets and premium countries
Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai are the business hubs: rent a +65, +852 or +971 number as the regional contact line for a company with no office there, and forward calls to staff anywhere. India, Indonesia and Israel are WhatsApp markets, where customers expect to message a company rather than call it; rent a mobile number and register WhatsApp Business on it. Australia and Japan are the two countries in the region where we also offer local city numbers, so a Sydney 02 or Tokyo 03 line is available for a city presence.
Japan, Korea, the UAE and Bahrain are priced higher than the rest of the region because very few carriers in those countries allocate mobile ranges to hosted services and demand for them is high. We would rather tell you that than rent you a number from a range that gets blocked.
Prices and what is included in Asia
Australia, the Philippines and Indonesia start at $12.99 a month; India, Hong Kong, Singapore and Israel at $14.99; Japan and Korea at $19.99; the UAE and Bahrain at $24.99. Mobile numbers are available in every country and cost a little more than VoIP. Each rental includes unlimited inbound SMS in the dashboard or forwarded to email, call forwarding to any phone and the mobile app, with calls and outbound SMS billed per use. Terms are monthly, three-month or yearly, there are no setup fees, and cancelling at the end of a term is free.
